Difference Between EOI and Actual Rates

The Exclusive Offer by Pearl One Capital provides a significant discount for buyers who submit their Expression of Interest (EOI). Here’s the comparison between the EOI Rate and the Actual Rate:

The unit and floor position determine the actual pricing range between PKR 55,000 to PKR 120,000 per SQ.FT.

The Expression of Interest rate ranges between PKR 38,500 and PKR 84,000 per SQ.FT for different units located on various floors. The Expression of Interest rate features a 30-35% reduction which boosts both purchasing cost-effectiveness and long-term investment potential for early committed buyers.

Note:

Both Corner units require a 10% premium to their base price At the same time Front & Corner unit prices rise by 15% compared to other categories in addition to Courtyard or other premium location types.

Expiration of special EOI rate occurs when the client makes a complete downpayment no later than 20th March 2025 following their 24th February 2025 EOI submission.

Unit selection depends on the actual availability of units as stated in the rates.
